Hey everyone. I know I haven't wrote anything in awhile and I am actually leaving again tomorrow, but thought I would give you a little distraction. There is a new game out there called "Aion" this game is a little more fantasy driven than AoC but there is a good cross over between AoC and WoW. I already have an account (got it free for being subbed to Tabula Rasa when they shut that down. they also threw in all the pre-order and collecters addition items free of charge.) but id like to know what server and race you guys are playing on, so i could join you.

Mita is my character on Marchutan and she is fine looking Scout lvl 12 taking the Ranger path..atm I am in the Altgard Fortress are questing...hope to see ya

alright my character on Marchutan is a lvl 10 (at the momtent) Templar. ive gotten him to Altgard fort and am running around there.

Just hit lvl 16 with my Ranger now I have some cool shots and a poison trap. not only that but I have found that when solo there are several places from lvl 12 & up to grind. All are outside the Altgard Fortress. until you get someone to help you DO NOT TRY GOING OUT THE EAST GATES, everything is elite. c0mt3k (Ted, a guy who helps run the gaming center here) is or was 1 lvl above me and I went around almost the entire map heading west and really without stopping long leveled twiced.

There were several really nice "Green" drops too. I would suggest expanding your cube ASAP before you grind just to be safe. don't worry about saving anything that you can use in a couple of levels because they bring nice $$$ at a merchant. When we stopped because our cubes were full I brought in almost $30K kinah!!! and again later. I reccommend at lower levels and prolly at the higher ones too, buy plenty of "Power Shards" at the general goods merchants. Lesser Shards are $250 kinah/50 and minor shards are $850 kinah/50 I am sure there is a way to split these once you purchase them say in 1/2 if you are using dual wield but I havent figured that out so I use both kinds. Minor shards on the main hand and lesser on the other, seems to work but remember it is a shard per strike! so it's costly but kinah is easy to get.

I will, if people want, keep journaling about what I have seen/learned and encourage everyone to do the same to make it easier for anyone else trying this game. Let me know!
